eTelcharge.com Inc. has entered into an agreement with CinemaNow Inc., to allow Etelcharge subscribers to purchase and download movies, TV shows and music videos. This agreement represents Etelcharge´s first significant offering to subscribers utilizing its Version 3.0 technology, including social networking and its alternative payment systems, as well as a host of traditional payment options. Members will be able to access CinemaNow´s offerings including Download-to-Own, Pay-per-View and Burn-to-DVD options.

On April 12, 2008 the Board of Directors of eTelcharge.com Inc. approved the engagement of Whitley Penn LLP as the Company´s independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2008. WP has informed the Company that it completed its client acceptance process on April 15, 2008. In connection with the selection of WP, on April 12, 2008 the Audit Committee decided not to renew the engagement of Malone & Bailey PC as the Company´s independent registered public accounting firm effective immediately.
